The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been accepted, not when you pay.

If we cannot supply an item - it has gone out of stock at our production partner, or the price shown was plainly wrong - we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not simply take the money and go quiet.

Price and tax

Prices are shown in your local currency. Where the law requires the displayed price to include tax, it does and the rate is shown at checkout.

Orders shipped from outside your country may attract import duty or tax collected by the carrier on delivery. Where that applies we tell you at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Goods ship directly from our production partner, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse and why the price is what it is. Estimated times are shown on every product page and are estimates, not guarantees.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the latest estimate, tell us and we will refund or resend it. You do not need to argue the point.

Cancellation and returns

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and a further goodwill window of 30 days in total. The returns page sets out both in full.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law.
