Your right to cancel - 14 days, no reason needed

You have the right to cancel this order within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, takes physical possession of the goods. You do not have to give a reason and you do not have to have opened the parcel or not opened it.

To cancel, tell us before the 14 days are up - an email to support@nothingspecialco.co.uk saying so is enough. You can use the form at the bottom of this page but you do not have to.

Contact us first and we will give you the return instructions, including the address to use - for many items we will simply refund you without asking you to post anything back. Where a return is needed, the address we give you may be our fulfilment partner's returns depot rather than our trading address.

We will refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you showing you have sent them, whichever is sooner - or immediately where we have told you no return is needed. We refund to the card you paid with.

Where a physical return is needed, you pay the cost of sending the goods back. We are telling you this before you order because if we did not, we would have to bear it ourselves.

If you have handled the goods more than was necessary to see what they are and how they work, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Our own window - 30 days

Beyond the statutory right, we accept returns in unused condition for 30 days from delivery. This is on top of your legal rights and does not replace them.

If it arrives faulty or not as described

This is a different thing from changing your mind and you have more time. Tell us and we will replace it or refund it and we pay the postage. You do not need to have kept the packaging.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
